Power performance yoga is designed with the gym or outdoor athlete in mind. Unlike the "one size fits all" Yoga offered in gyms and studios, this class is designed as a holistic approach to total therapeutic rehabilitation and sports conditioning.

This workshop will introduce you to the 3 levels of power performance yoga:
  • Beginner Power Performance Yoga
  • Intermediate Power Performance Yoga
  • Advanced Power Performance Yoga
